Welcome to Letter Friend. By accessing our website (letterfriend.com) or our automation platform (app.letterfriend.com), you agree to the following terms.

1. Usage of the Platform

The Letter Friend platform is designed for businesses to manage handwritten mail campaigns. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Software & Support

Letter Friend provides documentation support for our Open API. Support is not provided for 3rd party applications (such as Zapier) or the user’s internal hardware and devices. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Mailing & Postage Disclaimer

Letter Friend acts as a fulfillment agent. Our responsibility ends once your mailers are delivered to the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Delivery: We are not responsible for USPS transit times, delivery delays, or “Returned to Sender” mail due to inaccurate lists provided by the client.
Rates: Postage rates are set by the USPS and are subject to change based on official USPS adjustments.

4. Intellectual Property

All handwriting styles, platform code, branding, and content on this site are the property of Letter Friend, LLC. You may not “scrape” our site or use our proprietary handwriting styles for any unauthorized commercial purpose.

5. Billing & Payments

Surcharges: Any payments made via credit card are subject to a 3% surcharge fee.
Credits: All credits purchased or accumulated through the platform are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Taxes: Clients are responsible for any applicable sales tax based on their jurisdiction.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letter Friend, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost data) arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be settled by binding arbitration in Bergen County, NJ.
